only. It does not constitute a binding service offer unless supported by written confirmation. - Service Management
Astro Transworld provides management oversight, compliance, and quality control. Actual relocation
execution, including packing, transportation, and delivery, is handled by DHLR Express. - Quotations & Commitments
All quotations, estimates, or timelines shared are indicative and subject to final confirmation after
inspection, verification, or mutual agreement. - Limitation of Liability
Astro Transworld shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages arising due to natural

PART B: TERMS & CONDITIONS – DHLR EXPRESS
(Operational / Service Website) - Brand Relationship
DHLR Express is the operating relocation and packers & movers service brand of Astro Transworld. - Booking & Confirmation
All service bookings are subject to confirmation after: – Physical inspection or video survey (if required) –
Verification of items, volume, access conditions, and distance - Pricing & Payment
Prices quoted are based on the information provided by the customer. Any variation in goods, volume,
floors, distance, or site conditions may lead to price revision. Advance payment may be required to confirm
bookings. - Packing & Handling
The company uses standard packing materials and methods suitable for general household and office
goods. Fragile or high-value items must be declared in advance. - Insurance
Transit insurance is optional unless specifically agreed upon in writing. In the absence of insurance, the
company’s liability is limited as per industry practice. - Prohibited & High-Value Items
Customers must not include prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or perishable items. Cash, jewellery, important
documents, or valuables should not be packed unless declared and agreed upon in writing. - Transit & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to distance, traffic, weather, regulatory checks, or
unforeseen circumstances. Delays under such conditions shall not be treated as breach of service.
2 - Damage & Claims
Any damage or loss must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Claims raised after completion of

information at both pickup and delivery locations. - Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after confirmation may attract cancellation charges depending on preparation, manpower
